The Kern High School District uses GoFan.co for fans to purchase tickets for athletic contests. We encourage all tickets to be purchased online prior to the game. Students with an ASB sticker get free entry. ASB Stickers are not valid for playoffs.

An ASB sticker attaches to a student ID card and provides free admission for the student to all Kern High athletic events (except playoffs). It also provides discounts to school events such as Formal and Prom. Buy it now to get into all our volleyball, football, and basketball games for free. Students or parents can purhcase the sticker online or at the Finance Office.

This is homecoming week with dress up days, float building, activities at lunch, a food sale day on Wednesday, and a rally on Friday.

Students wear the HOCO shirts on Friday. There will be a limited supply of homecoming shirts for sale ($25 cash only) for students who did not pre-order them beginning Wednesday at lunch at the finance office window.

The daily announcements read to all 2nd period classes are available on our website. This Daily Bulletin includes information about club meetings, upcoming events, and scholarship opportunities. The link can be found under the resources tab of our website menu or by clicking this news story.

The Library will be open from 3:30pm to 4:30pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are finalizing tutoring support in the Library and will provide an update soon. In the meantime, students can use this time to study, use chromebooks or printer, and check out books.

Tutor.com, part of The Princeton Review company, is a 24/7 online tutoring platform that is available to all KHSD students. Students can access this service from each of their teachers’ Canvas courses OR from the Help button on the Canvas main page. Students can get help with whatever they are working on, whenever they need it, from a real person, not a robot.

The Synergy ParentVUE app allows parents to monitor their student's grades and attendance. If you have your student's 6 digit UID (student number) and birthdate you can set up your account remotely. In addition, Mrs. Cavazos in the parent center can also help you in person, over the phone, or via email.
